Returns + Exchanges

ULAC’s Refund Policy extends for 45 days from date of purchase. If 45 days have passed since date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact ULAC by e-mail at email@example.com before shipping the product back to us explaining the the issue or reason for your return. The return shipping address can be found below.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within seven (7) business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
ULAC will exchange products received in damaged condition up to 45 days from the date of purchase.
If your product has a defect in materials or production, the product may be returned and replaced for free of charge within six (6) months of purchase. ULAC will have right of final determination regarding defective products. Should the model in question be no longer available or is out of production, the customer will be offered the opportunity to choose a model of equal value. For purposes of this exchange policy, we will offer replacement products only on goods purchased from ULAC’s online store directly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
