Shipping Information


We aim to deliver within two working days from the date your order is placed. Any delays with shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific country is unfortunately not our responsibility. Some delays may also occur during national holidays. You may be required to sign for delivery. Before signing, please inspect the package for any obvious tampering. If you receive an empty package but sign the delivery receipt and do not immediately report the fact to the carrier, unfortunately ULAC cannot be held responsible, and cannot issue a refund or replacement. Please also keep the receipt of the delivered product in case you need to contact us about your purchase in the future. 

Please note: International orders may be subject to additional customs and duty charges to be paid by the receiver.


  1. Once the order has been placed, please note that the shipping address used for the order cannot be changed. If you wish to change it, you must cancel the original order and place a new order with the correct shipping address.
  2. If you want to cancel an order already placed you must do so within 24-hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped and you require a refund or replacement, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  3. If any shipping details are missing or incorrect (such as your address, phone number, or further information needed for the shipment) and you don’t reply to our request within 10 days, we will automatically cancel and refund your order. You are welcome to place the order again via our online store.
  4. All ULAC orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
