Conditions of warranty are applicable worldwide. 

ULAC offers a standard limited warranty of 6 months on all damaged or defective ULAC products purchased from its online store. Products purchased from other unauthorised channels such as eBay, Amazon, Alibaba and etc. are not considered valid for the purposes of negotiation with the brand aimed at resolving any problems that have arisen; these need to be discussed and settled directly with the vendors from whom you purchased the product.  Signs of wear and tear, such as scratches, will not be considered as product defects, but as events generated by normal use and therefore not covered by warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents such as collision, crushing, dropping, etc. or by improper use or misuse of the hardware, due to alterations, repairs and handling not authorised by the brand. 

If your product has a defect in materials or production, the product may be returned and replaced for free of charge with six (6) months of purchase. ULAC will have right of final determination regarding defective products. Should the model in question be no longer available or is out of production, the customer will be offered the opportunity to choose a model of equal value. For purposes of this exchange policy, we will offer replacement products only on goods purchased from ULAC’s online store directly.
